High Pressure Triplex Plunger Pumps
Our plunger pumps are designed to operate at pressures ranging from 100 to 1500 bar (1,300 to 20,000 psi) with power ratings from 20 HP to 340 HP.
Each pump is subjected to a three-hour test, during which multiple functions are closely monitored and recorded.
All pumps, including the crankshafts and gearboxes, are manufactured in-house at our advanced machine shop, utilizing the latest CNC machining technology and automated machine tending robots.

- 410 Stainless Steel Pump Heads: Made from durable stainless steel for long-lasting performance.
- Ceramic Plungers: These plungers provide excellent durability and efficiency, along with self-adjusting seals for optimal operation.
- In-Line Valve Arrangement: This design maximizes efficiency and helps reduce the negative effects of cyclic stress on the pump head.
- Interchangeable Plunger Kits: Easily swap out plunger kits to customize your pump as needed.
- Hardened Alloy Steel Crankshafts: Built with heavy-duty roller bearings and steel-backed white metal main bearings, with additional support between each connecting rod. Extra heavy than the conventional designs used in India.
- SG Iron Crankcases: Designed with pressure lubrication, oil filtration, and oil cooling features. (except SJS 20000 use splash lubrication)
- Connecting Rods: SG Iron-05 These rods have low friction, shell-type big-end bearings, and lead-bronze-lined small-end bushes for smooth operation.
- Pressure Gauge: Included for easy monitoring of pump performance.
- Safety Valve or Burst Disc: Ensures safe operation by preventing overpressure.
- Long-lasting Components: Exceptional durability for seals, plungers, and valves, resulting in extended service life.
